2023-24 (Redshirt Sophmore): Went 21-15 on the season … had 11 bonus-point victories with seven pins … went 6-6 in dual appearances … took third place at The Battle at The Citadel … fifth place at PRTC Keystone Classic … fourth place at Sheridan Tournament … third place at Southern Scuffle … went 1-3 at Big Ten Championships including an opening-round win over No. 20 Shane Liegel (Wisconsin) … earned Academic All-Big Ten honors … named an NWCA Scholar All-American … was IU Athletics Male Scholar-Athlete of the Month for October 2023.

2022-23 (Redshirt Freshman –– at South Dakota State): Compiled a 17-8 record at 184 lbs. … took first place at both the Worthington and Don Parker Opens … earned a third-place finish at the Last Chance Open and a fourth-place finish at the Bison Open … made his first collegiate dual appearance against Augustana (Nov. 18) when he won in a 3-1 decision over Augustana’s Cade Mueller … of his 17 wins, nine of them were bonus-point victories, including seven pins and two wins by major decision.

2021-22: (at South Dakota State) Redshirted, but competed in open tournaments ... posted an 8-2 record at 184 pounds and placed in the top three in all three tournaments in which he competed ... in his first collegiate competition, won three matches by fall en route to a 4-0 record and the championship of the Freshman/Soophomore Division at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open (11/28) ... went 3-1 and finished as runner-up at the Doane Open (12/4) ... closed season with a third-place finish at the UNI Open (12/11)

• Only saw action in the Clarion Open. Went 1-2, winning his opening match with a 12-0 major decision.

• Posted a 6-11 record at 149 pounds in an injury shortened season. Started in seven duals.
• Had the fastest fall of the season, pinning Tyler Merritt of Slippery Rock in 0:52 seconds.
• Picked up his first dual win of the season in a 7-2 decision against Chattanooga’s Grant Lundy.
• Competed in the Clarion Open, the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational and the Southern Scuffle.
• Earned Academic All-Big Ten honors for the second straight season.

2021-22 / AS A SOPHOMORE
• Finished 2-11 in his second season at 149 pounds, appearing in eight varsity duals.
• Opened his season with an 8-7 dual victory over Cole McCormas at Rider.
• Picked up a 10-2 major decision over Brown’s Blake Saito at the Boilermaker Duals.
• Academic All-Big Ten

2020-21 / AS A FRESHMAN
• Posted a 2-5 record at 149 pounds in his rookie campaign
• Competed in three varsity duals for the Boilermakers, all coming against ranked opponents
• Earned his first collegiate win at Wisconsin, pinning Daniel Stilling in 4:49 in an extra match
• Scored a 12-3 major decision in an extra match over Michigan State’s Jackson Reinicker
